GRH Training Consultancy is a St Leonards-on-Sea based company focused on making a difference to the community by providing high quality and rewarding adult-led workshops and courses.
As a training provider for East Sussex County Council, GRH Training delivers both Family Learning and Multiply courses throughout East Sussex.
GRH Training Consultancy Ltd (GRHT) was established in 2007 by Gillian Rothery, initially delivering freelance training in the welfare to work sector, working in partnerships with local organisations in this field. GRH Training soon expanded by become a training provider for East Sussex County Council‘s Family Learning Contract, delivering training to support East Sussex parents and carers in a range of topics.
Rachael Gildersleeve took over, following Gill’s retirement, in 2019, and had an eventful start to things – seeing GRHT operating (online) throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. In 2022, GRH Training expanded delivery to include an exciting, and rewarding course – 3, 2, 1 … Cook!, funded by the Multiply programme, a new government-funded programme to help adults improve their numeracy skills. GRHT and its tutors are always looking for ways to support their community with engaging workshops and courses to support education and wellbeing.
GRHT tutors develop and deliver a wide range of bespoke training courses within East Sussex, working in partnership with many local organisations such as Family Hubs (previously Children’s Centres), primary schools, nurseries, housing associations and a range of charitable organisations working throughout the community.
GRH Training continues to provide a high quality, and safe, training environment by ensuring that all tutors have:

· Specialist subject knowledge and experience
