Gillian Rothery, the founder of GRH Training Consultancy Ltd, is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, is a highly motivated individual who has a quest for learning psychology and uses a variety of training methods that link into different learning styles so that the recipient has the greatest opportunity to learn. The company designs and delivers Skills for Jobs courses for the Learning Skills Contract (LSC) which aim to increase the level of self-confidence and self-esteem in individuals and advises them on how to create CVs, complete application forms, and give them interview skills.
